Established in 1972 in a small town in Mexico called Puebla is CONTERAZ a liability company made up of a team of professionals basically engineers, Surveyors, Architects whose business has been and includes designing of cottage houses, estates houses, town houses for Real Estate developers, individual property owner’s, Financial Institution organizations, Government and public property owners, Rural and Urban communities sectors from across the sub-province of Mexico.
Today built on the strength of each generation CONTERAZ has now become GLUP CONTERAZ with its expertise proudly Ghanaians and foreign nationals.

Graduated from various institutions and has acquired their professional qualification and experience in the following fields: Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Land Surveying and Building Technology. We have rendered our services and our unique experience with both local and foreign companies in all disciplines aforementioned. As a team of professionals with requisite qualification and experience we have acknowledge ourselves in the Real Estate Industry by designing Cottage Houses and modern day architectural buildings with low cost engineering skills and together share our experience in development through engineering.
We have an extensive services portfolio that includes but not limited to building and civil engineering etc. Our client base Includes Individual Property Owner’s, Financial Institution Organizations, Government and private Workers, Commercial, Industrial Property Owners, Rural and Urban Communities Sectors from cross the West Africa Sub-Regions.
